He lives in miami and i live in atlanta

He has been having phone issues and I have 3 numbers for him in my phone (Home, Cell, and other) and I decided to contact 2 telling him that i was coming up to miami for my birthday. i dont want to contact the home because he lives with his parents…kinda weird. The next day someone txt me back asking me who i was and i told them.

They txt back: “This is totally his girlfriend lol, thanks for the warning, oh and i will be getting the gun warmed up for you too lol”

I replied “Are you serious?”

She said “about the girlfriend part, yes. the gun part, no. thus the reason i said lol after it but no worries”

I dont know what to think about that convo because she was “LOL’ing” through the whole thing! Its not funny!!. My gut is telling me that she is not his girlfriend but maybe his younger sister who plays around alot (They live together) orone of those stalker girls that stalk him. Another reason why i think it is his sister is because how i got that number, was because he was at home and his phone was dying so he switched to that phone quickly. we are really good friends and im not mad at him having a girlfriend but he could have told me, instead of letting me make plans fly out to see him and possibly have sex with him (He is well aware of that). I sent him a facebook message about it but its gonna take him a long time to get back to me because he is always busy.

I know i should leave him alone because he lives so far away and doesnt have time to talk to me like i would like, but i really like him. What do you think?

Yeah, I would leave him alone; you don’t need the drama. There’s a book called The Rules. Some people say its old fashioned, but it has some really good tips about meeting a guy on his own turf. Good Luck.

My Girlfriend wants me to “get my body back”?
Hey 25 yr old male. My girlfriend wants me to “get my body back.” In the past year or so I’ve gained about 12 lbs maybe. From 170 being my previous body weight and at that weight I was ripped. I was 170 but competing at 165. But that wasn’t really important to me per se you see from the age of 19-24 I’ve had the whole “chiseled six pack” look.

However I never “worked out to look good” it was all functional since I was a competitive athlete as a kickboxer. I worked out nearly five times a week dieted rigorously and lived and died by the scale because I had to make weight classes and because that was the kind of shape you had to be in to compete. This included things like 24 hour fastings just to make weight for an event. I used to count calories… Having not been competitive for the last year, a break from those sorts of stressors can be relaxing.

However I do kind of want her to keep up her exercise and stay and lose weight. Double standard I know but I also know that she’s the kind of person who DOES work out to look good. And as a result her confidence with her body is tied to her motivation to exercise. I’ve never had this problem I worked out for necessity and working for a more tangible goal than body image self esteem doesn’t have the same problems with motivation.

How best to approach and respond to this issue?

I think you should approach this issue in a positive way.

Not only will it benefit your health, but you will keep your girl’s attention with your body and probably help your sex life.

Every girl wants to sleep with a guy with a sexy body, and the muscles to do positions that… well require some muscle haha.
